Try sit-ups - Everyone’s learned how to do these, but you may need to brush up on it. Sit-ups really aren’t that hard. You don’t need to go anywhere to do a sit-up. Your legs need to be supported, then you can lift your upper body however you see fit. Ten to thirty sit-ups should be done each day, whether it be in the morning or before bedtime. Belly fat will be burnt this way, while also building your abdominal muscles.
Try push-ups - Even though these aren’t as easy as sit-ups, they are effective in burning fat and strengthening muscles. After just a couple months of doing 10-20 of these, you’ll see great results. Each day is how often you should be doing these though.
