If there is one way that we are all bombarded with how to achieve natural health, then there are one million.

We are constantly slammed with ways of doing things in our life to help get to a healthier, more natural state of being.

We are instructed to eliminate this, add that, change the other. It is daunting and overwhelming. Or at least it can be.

What makes the most sense is do your own research. Do what feels best and comfortable for you. What you should do is what you know in your gut is the right thing to do.

You could take a look at the animal kingdom. What happens there?

An interesting thing I read about from several sources. The animal kingdom does not have to make a conscious attempt to achieve natural health. They already have it.

What?

There is no disease that occurs naturally in the animal kingdom. What?

Let me address certain things right off the bat, with no outside man-made or manipulated situations or environments, disease does not occur naturally in the animal kingdom.

Pets that are fed commercialized packaged food, live in our chemical laden homes, drink our tap water, roam in our pesticide and fertilizer laden lawns, yes develop diseases and have to be treated by vets for this.

Animals in the wild, that do not encounter these things and are not exposed to unnatural things do not get sick or get diseases.

A good way for us as humans to achieve natural health is to look at the animal kingdom. The real animal kingdom, the wild, free, unadulterated animal kingdom.

You will never ever ever see one species of mothers in the animal kingdom feed their own babies the milk from another species. Yet we as humans feed our babies milk from different sources other than our own. We encourage it to the point that we look poorly on peope who don’t do the same. I am specifically talking about cow milk.

Do what you feel is right and what makes sense to you. Anything more than that will be very cumbersome to handle.

Natual Health is not out of reach for most humans. It will take some planning and conscious effort. There will probably have to be changes that will have to be made.

Eating and drinking habits will have to be adjusted and changed. Take your time and research. Have fun.
